ความเป็นมาของ Cooking For Hope

จากข่าว project การปีนเขา Everest ครั้งที่ 2 เพื่อหาทุนช่วยเด็กๆ บ้าน Home Hug ของ http://charitytrek2010.blogspot.com/ โดยการจัดหาทุนครั้งนี้เป็นโครงการของชาวต่างชาติที่รักเมืองไทย และต้องการจะช่วยเหลือเด็กๆ ด้อยโอกาส จากมูลนิธิ สุธาสินี น้อยอินทร์ เพื่อเด็กและเยาวชน หรือ ที่รู้จักกันทั่วไปในนาม "บ้านโฮมฮัก"

ในฐานะคนไทยเจ้าบ้าน จึงคิดอยากจะเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการช่วยจัดหาทุนในการช่วยเหลือน้องๆบ้านโฮมฮัก ผ่าน "การทำอาหาร" ซึ่งเป็นอีกกิจกรรมที่น่าจะมีผู้คนสนใจ และเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมหาทุนในครั้งนี้ ดังนั้น จึงเกิดโครงการ "Cooking For Hope" ภายใต้ mission: 100 recipes เพื่อน้องบ้านโฮมฮัก"ช่วยน้องๆ โดยหวังว่า ผู้เข้าชม blog จะเป็นอีกส่วนหนึ่งที่รับทราบโครงการ และอยากมีส่วนร่วมในการร่วมทำบุญกันครั้งนี้

จึงขอเชิญพี่ๆ น้องๆ ร่วมทำอาหาร หาทุนช่วยน้องๆ เด็กๆ ด้อยโอกาส มูลนิธิ สุธาสินี น้อยอินทร์ เพื่อเด็กและเยาวชน หรือที่รู้จักกันทั่วไปในนาม “บ้านโฮมฮัก”

เด็กๆ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเด็กกำพร้า และเด็กติดเชื้อ HIV เรามาร่วมด้วยช่วยกัน เปิด blog ทำอาหาร ภายใต้ misssion "100 recipes เพื่อน้องบ้านโฮมฮัก" โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ ให้คนเข้ามาแวะชม blog ทำอาหารเรา ช่วยกันบริจาคเงินเข้ากองทุน เพื่อนๆ พี่ๆ น้องๆ สนใจมีส่วนร่วมเพียงเล็กๆน้อยๆ แค่ "ทำอาหารสูตรเด็ดของท่าน" (หรือที่คิดว่าอร่อย) ส่งมาที..Cooking For Hope ภายในวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม โดยบอกสูตร ชั่ง ตวง วัด และ ถ่ายรูปขั้นตอนการทำมาโดยละเอียดนะค่ะ

Cooking For Hope ครั้งนี้ ขอร่วมโครงการกับ Charity Trek 2010 และ Galileo Thailand โดยท่านที่สนใจสามารถบริจาคเป็นเงิน หรือ สิ่งของ เช่น เสื้อผ้าเด็กเล็ก แพมเพิส ของเล่นเด็ก หนังสือนิทาน ผ่านกองทุนที่ได้เปิดไว้ หรือ ส่งสิ่งของจำเป็นให้แก่เด็กๆ ตามที่อยู่ และรายละเอียดด้านล่าง

The 2nd annual Mount Everest charity trek (http://charitytrek2010.blogspot.com/) to help less fortunate children in Thailand is set up and organized by foreigners who feel bonded to Thailand. Donations and funds have been set up to aid less fortunate children in rural areas from Suthani Noyintra Foundation for Youths, also known as “Home Hug”.

As thais, we are hoping to take part in raising funds for the children through “cooking”, which would attract many participants. Thus, “Cooking for Hope” under Mission: 100 recipes for Home Hug children is launched. Through blogging, we are able to raise awareness, interact with participants, and make updates about the event.

We invite you to participate through cooking to raise funds for less fortunate children under Suthani Noyintra Foundation for Youths, or “Home Hug”.

Many children at the foundation are orphans and HIV contracted. The cooking blog, Mission “100 Menu for Home Hug”, aims to attract donors to donate funds to support the project. You can participate today by submitting your “best tasting recipe” to Cooking for Hope by July 31. Please include cooking measurements and proportions, and photos of the cooking process.

Cooking For Hope is affiliated with Charity Trek 2010 and Galileo Thailand. Donations can made as monetary funds or objects such as children’s wear, diapers, toys, children’s books, and other necessities through the set up foundation or at the following address:
